So, we just got in a crispy mood. I don’t really have a recipe for this when it comes to measuring, I just go with what looks about right. And as always, its delish!
My kids love these and my daughter calls it “Chocolate Crispy Pizza”, too cute!
Chocolate Drizzled Rice Krispy Treats
INGREDIENTS
- Rice Krispies/Crispy Rice
- Butter
- 2 bags of marshmallows
- Melted Chocolate
- Wax or Parchment Paper
- Zip-lock Bag
Before starting, I used some wax paper to line the pan, tracing it to ensure it would fit.
Melt marshmallows in large pan stirring continuously to prevent burning. Once completely melted to a thick liquid, add crispy rice and stir until well mixed.
Quickly pour mixture onto non-stick pan. Be careful, its hot.
To help with sculpting/shaping, I use a zip lock bag rubbed in butter to press and shape the mixture into pan. You could also use this method to create shapes, make balls, ect.
Let cool completely before adding as topping. I used a fork and a baby spoon to flick the chocolate, use whatever works best for you.
Enjoy! Store in air tight container for best results.

I love rice krispie treats (the home made ones) with an unnamed passion. Put chocolate on them and I might just explode. I have GOT to make these. And then eat them all.
