What types of payments do you accept? TOP

We currently accept payments made by PayPal
(including credit card, PayPal balance transfers, and bank account transfers)
We also accept Money Orders.
Note: Your order cannot be processed until payment is received.

 

What is your return policy? TOP

Unfortunately due to the nature of the items being hand made to order, items are not returnable.

We send our items with the same care as they were created. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me with 48 hrs of receiving your item. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance at time of order or you will be responsible for shipping, if the item is sent back.

 

How long will it be before my order is shipped? TOP

Once payment is received, your order processing time is approximately 21- 25 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding all major holidays).  All orders are handmade just for you!

 

Do you offer shipping insurance? TOP

Absolutley! We highly recommend it! It is not required & must be added to order at check out. 

Orders $0.01 - $50.00 Insuance cost of $1.75

Orders $50.01 - $100.00 Insurance cost of $2.25.

We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage while in transit.

May I custom order bows? TOP

ABSOLUTELY! You can send us photos of an outfit you'd like us to match or feel free to take your pick of our solid and printed ribbon! If I don’t have your color or print contact us and we can work something out!

How are your bows made? TOP

Our bows are hand sewn. Any embellishments or crystals added, are glued securely. Always use adult supervision.

Note: Computer resolution can affect bow & ribbon colors, and may appear darker or lighter in person.

 

Will my item be exactly as displayed? TOP

We strive to make each bow as beautiful and perfect as the last. However, colors and/or embellishments may not be available or discontinued. In this event we will make sure the item looks fabulous with an alternative color, style or embellishment.

Note: Computer resolutions may vary, causing bow & ribbon colors/prints to appear different in person.

What is a Alligator Clip? TOP

Alligator clips are a pinch clip that is used for all of our clippies and is great for baby and toddler bows when the hair is not as thick. Alligator clips are also the clip of choice when you want to attach a bow to one of our interchangeable bow bands. For heavier bows and clippies, I recommend a french Barrett.

What is a French Barrett? TOP

French barrettes are good for older girls with thicker hair.

Why dont you have the option to attach bows to headbands? TOP

We offer interchangeable headbands in almost every color. I hope you understand that you may attach any bow to these by simply sliding the alligator clip or french barrette through the loop. However, if you do not want this option, please leave a note in the "Special Requests" box during checkout.You must purchase a bow and headband to complete this request.

Are the ends of your bows (ribbon) sealed to prevent fraying? TOP

Absolutely! We heat seal each end to prevent them from fraying.

How can I be sure my bows will hold their shape? TOP

Each one of our bows is treated before being sent out to ensure they hold their shape during shipping. This means your bows will always look crisp, clean and perfect. Should your bow start to lose shape, simply fluff the loops and spray with fabric starch if desired.

Can I rush my order? TOP

Yes, we will work with you as much as possible. To rush an order, there is a fee of $10.00. Please contact us before ordering to obtain confirmation.

Do you have a Privacy Policy? TOP

Absolutely! We obtain info from you when you register, place an order or fill out and complete a form. This information is never shared and or/sold to agencies or sites that you have not otherwise authorized. You can feel safe ordering and working with us to complete your desired order!

Do you accept international orders? TOP

At the present time, we currently ship to USA and Canada. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us!
